I need help figuring out the name of a tv show that used to be on YTV OR TREEHOUSE!!!!?

Ok I use to watch this show now i can't remember if it was on YTV or TREEHOUSE but it had this girl who had pink hair and this French looking guy that had a mustach and he always wore a blue track sute and then the vilin guy live in the sewer sooo HELP PLZ
