What are some cool things we can build that will take us a while?

Me and my friends want to build someting that will take us a good time of our summer. We want something cool bug big not tiny. We cant do a treehouse because its against the rules of our neighborhood. We have a HUGE field and woods...any ideas? As many as you can think of!
