I need to chose my career path. Please Help!?

I just need some career guidance. I wanted to be a vet before but now I have found the joys of teaching by teaching my friends and some kids younger then me maths and music. However I don't want to be a teacher of some subject but something like teaching them about life because my friends usually say I have an insight on people. I want to put it to good use and help people specifically little children because they tend to come to adore me. I don't want to be a guidance counselor so is there anything else relating to that field? If so could you please specify the degrees and stuff I have to do? And I'm doing my O'Levels now so what subjects do I have to need? I'm doing Bio, Physics, Chem, English, English Lit. and Maths along with two other subjects relating to my country. Thanks a lot!
