Does anyone remember a childrens show with pirates?

Does anyone remember a childrens show from like 13 years ago that has porcelain doll pirates and a rat on a ship and they'd always travel to different islands , and i remember they'd always play "tittley winks" with the other pirates? LOL does ANYONE remember this? i was played on Treehouse tv
