Is this normal? (about my lil sister)?

So the problem is..... everytime my lil sister (she's almost 3 years), is watching tv and this "show" or whatever, starts she starts crying, the name of the show or program is called "In the night garden" in Treehouse...... what is happening why does she crys? the program its actually for kids.
