What are some fun things for an 11 year old girl to do when shes bored?

ok so my sis is in her room watchin tv and weaving my dad neeeds to relax cuz he just finished school work... my moms at her bffs house none of my friends are answering the phone i have a book but thats like the last resort no homework dont feel like goin on the pc anymore its kinda col out and my treehouse has no rooof... theres no good thins on tv i read all my magizines and i dont really know wat to do plz help plz
