What was the name of that disney cartoon where there was a rabbit and a dog that lived in a treehouse?

It was a show on disney channel they played sometime around 2004 maybe 2003 or 2005. The rabbit was a guy and the dog was a girl, they lived in a tree house in the middle of the jungle after a plane crashed there. There were lots of other animals that they became friends with, threw parties with, ect. They also had a game on disney.com where it was an egg scavenger hunt, they had a game where you could dress up the dog, and a game to see how high you could jump on platforms.
